SOURCE: Caller can't hear me when I talk.

Check to see where the CS55 is plugged into in your phone (The cord coming from the back).  You should NOT have it going into the headset jack of the phone.  It should go into the phone receiver jack, and the phone receiver coily cord should go into the front of the CS55 base unit.

Please see the link below for the User's Guide.

• Headset is muted. Long press (3 sec.) the volume down button on headset to unmute the microphone. See page 16.
• Improper positioning of voice tube. Try various other positions.
• Voice tube may be clogged. Remove voice tube and test to see if callers can hear you without it. If they can, then replace the clogged voice tube. See page 18.
• Speaking volume is too low. Increase the speaking volume by
adjusting the speaking volume minor adjust buttons on the base unit as described on page 16. If the volume is still too low, select another speaking volume major adjust setting as described on page 16.
• Incorrect configuration dial setting for your phone. Try other
phone configuration dial settings on the base unit. Ensure the
selected number is in line with the position indicator. See page 14.

I have explorer 240. I paired my device to computers bloutooth. everything was ok. But now the other party can't hear me. I tryed to pair with my cellphone, and there was the same problem... Is there...

It could be that your unit is defective and may need to be replaced but here is some information for you to check out from the user guide:

1) Callers cannot hear me, or I cannot hear caller/dialing tone.
The headset is not turned on or the headset is not connected to mobile phone. Press the call control button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep or see the indicator light glow blue to turn headset on.
Your headset is out of range. Move the headset closer to the phone or Bluetooth device.
Your headset battery is drained. Charge your battery using the AC power adapter supplied.
The listening volume is too low. Press the volume key up (toward the earloop) to increase the sound heard in the headset.

I have a Plantronics C610 headset. The caller can hear me, but I can not hear the caller.

Here are a couple of things you can try. I included the link for the user guide below.

Callers cannot hear me.
• Headset is muted. Press the mute button on headset to unmute the microphone.
• Headset microphone boom aligned incorrectly. Align the headset boom with your mouth.
• The USB adapter is not set as the default Voice device. Use the Voice settings in Windows under Sounds and Voice Devices to select "Plantronics C610/C620" as the voice device.

I have a USB Logitech headset and I am trying to use with skype

First check whether your mic is connected properly. If yes, then open the sound recorder. It is in, all programs--accessories--entertainment. once you open the sound recorder, try to record some audio. you can just talk. It is done by clicking the button with a red dot. Then play it back. If you can hear what your recorded, you are almost there. If not your mic is bad or it is muted. To check this right click on the speaker button you will see on the right hand bottom corner (assuming you are using windows). click on "open volume conrol". Then click on options . Then click on properties and then click on recording. There should be a green check mark on the microphone. If no,t click on it. Then click ok. then check whether the select has a green check mark. If not click on it. Once this done, try the process of recording once again. Hopefully you should be able to record. now your system has the capability to function with mic. Now according to yahoo or skype or whatever you are using you need to tune the audio according to the instruction from the program. Hope this helps

My Jabra BT500 is on mute. Callers can not hear me. It worked fine at first now nothing.

When powered up and in "talk" mode (during a call) hold the volume up and down "bumps" simultaneously. This engages/disengages the headset's mute function.... Hope this helps...

Blue tooth not transmitting to caller

Did you check that you didn't by mistake activate mute? Also, check that there is nothing obstructing the microphone hole on the headset.
If it is indeed on mute. Press both volume buttons at the same time you will hear two descending audio tones.

H700 headset can't hear me!

Push both volume buttons at once to turn Mute off. You should hear two beeps, ascending in pitch to indicate mute is off. If they go down in pitch mute is being turned on.
