Each time after I turn off my Tv it loses the position of all channels, so BBC 1 moves from channel 1 to channel 20, ITV 1 from channel 3 to channel 23 etc.
I have tried re-setting the channels, but as soon as I turn it off, it loses the position, always as above. Also I note on the menu, the country of use changes from the UK, to Austria, which just happens to be the first country on the list !
Can anyone help so I don't have to reprogramme the Tv each time.
Many Thanks Phil

I've also got a AL2671W with the problem, that all the channel settings faal back to certain default values. I haven't seen on any ACER site, that there is a new firmware or gonna be and neither how it should be "installed" on the TV. So, I would be pleased to hear, if there are some news.

I had he same problem, Acer sent to me a technician who uploaded new firmware to the TV and in about 10 minutes the problem was solved.
Uploading the new firmware goes through a specific interface so unfortunately you can't do it yourself
