Question about Sector 450 2653450035 Wrist Watch
I have a new Sector analog/digital model 3251211025-15056 watch. The digital functions work but the minutes, hour and second hands do not move when the crown is pushed in. Is the watch defective?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Setting Analog Hands
I can't find the instructions for this watch but Casio instructions may be similar, so you could try this:-
Press the "mode" button until you get an abbreviated message for hand setting mode (HS?)
When in this mode, I expect that two of the other buttons make the hands go forward or backward.
Some experimenting will be required. When you have finished, press the mode button until normal operation has been achieved.
