Question about LG CHOCOLATE VX8500 Cellular Phone

Transfering Pictures I bring my phone everywhere, so I have loads of pictures on it. I was wondering if there was any way I could transfer the pictures to my computer. I have a USB cable that goes with my phone that I had originally gotten for transfering music. Is there any way that I could use that cable?

Newer Verizon Wireless phones lets you send pictures you've taken to your account gallery. Go to your pix, click on the options menu, and then select to pix place.

You will have to do them one at a time, but if you don't have a micro sd card plus reader, this is the best way to preserve some of those photos you don't want to lose.

I have used a program called Bitpim which allows you to transfer pics between pc and phone. You can do this via the usb cable for the chocolate. Bitpim is a free program available at www.bitpim.org or i think you can send pix messages to your pc using the new My account feature by verizon wireless.

If you have a card reader on your computer you can copy the pics from your memory card on your phone via the card reader. this is about the easiest way that i know. I have not seen good sync programs for this phone.

Tannsfer a T-Mobile Wing phone caller ID photo to my PC

Have you tried connecting the phone to your PC with a USB cable. Once that is done the contents of the phone's flash memory should show up in Windows Explorer or My Computer. From there you should be able to see a pictures folder or something similar with all your pictures. You will them be able to see your friend's picture and copy it to a location on your PC. Once this is done then you will be able to do whatever you wish to it including printing it.

I just bought the DANE-ELEC Micro SD. It comes with the Micro Card and the USB and the SD Adapter. I am trying to get the pictures from my phone to my computer. There are no instructions so I do not...

Put the Micro SD card into your phone and transfer the pictures to it. Once you have transferred the pictures, take the card out of your phone and put it into the SD Adapter and then into the USB Adapter. Once you have done that plug the USB Adapter into your computer and wait for it to load. After waiting a few seconds, click start, my computer, then double click on the SD card icon. Your pictures should load and you should be able to transfer them to your computer.

the w376g phone will only let you download pictures in an email through the phones browser, the usb has been disabled for that function and also the bluetooth function will not connect to a computer as well, only handsfree setups.

USB cable is the best bet, or memory chip. Walmart sells a USB bluetooth adapter for less than 20 bucks

The only other thing I can think of is this: have you tried bringing the pic up on your phone screen and scanning your phone? If you try this, please do let me know how it works out.

Unable to transfer pictures

easier way to transfer these to comp is via bluethooth.
get a bluetooth dongle from an electronics shop, load it to your comp, pair phone to comp and then simply send via bluetooth from the phone to the comp.
No messy cables and works with all bluetooth phones ( ie not brand specific )
