Most TVs have a 1 year warranty. You will need to check the exact purchase date if you are near the one-year date. If you are still covered by that one year warranty contact Sanyo promptly. The number to call is 1-800-877-5032; you will need to have the model number and serial number for your TV to get warranty service.
The one year warranty exists on the FVM5082 and the DP50747.

It's hard to say without seeing a picture. Panasonic has a site with pictures of various Plasma symptoms and the board that will cause that problem.
