First, do you receive and send emails ok?

The profile you are seeing is probably the default profile.
Your profile probably was added separately. I would disregard it it your primary email is working ok.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

I'm using Microsoft Outlook. I have 2 messages in the outbox that have a huge attachment using power point. The attachment is too large to send. MS Outlook will not delete the two messages. It ignores...

Open the outlook, disable the lan connection or you can set the Outlook to Offline (click File > Work Offline, but don't forget to re-set it online after you are done). After you are done, right-click the file to be deleted while you press the Shift Key on the keyboard and select "Delete".

If the first step doesn't work, then move it to another folder (create a new folder) and delete the folder after you are done. (don't forget to do this in Offline mode or with disabled lan).

Again, you can try deleting the file directly from the folder. Open My computer, go to C drive as shown below (Note: User Name = Your current username on your computer):
Close the outlook and do this;

1. Windows xp:
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

2. Windows Vista/7
C:\C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
Locate the file name "outlook", must be the largest file, delete it and open your outlook. All the inbox will re-sync with your email, but your problem will be fixed.

If you need further help, let me know.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Cannot open Microsoft Outlook

Hi,
I think you are trying to run outlook in Compatibility mode. Which is why Outlook window isn't opening.
You can try following solutions.
1) Search Outlook in start menu search box then right click on outlook and select Open File Location. You can see the following image for this.
