SOURCE: Fellowes P600C-2 Motor runs in reverse, but not forward

On mine a tooth broke from a drive gear. I am trying to find somewhere where I can replace this part.

SOURCE: Fellowes PS-70 Shredder jam

I used needle-nose pliers and regular pliers to pull out all of the jammed paper -- it took an hour but I finally got it. I never did find a release mechanism even after I took the top apart. Thanks anyway!

SOURCE: fellows paper shredder

So where do I buy a Fellows DMS8c paper shedder blade? I hate to have to buy a new shredder when this one was a good one, just needs a new blade. Please advise.

SOURCE: working great until i emptied it now nothing is working

There is a sensor at the back, you can only see a small slot with a little piece of metal, the actuator, that when the top section, the shredder, is in its rigt place in contact with the box will function.

SOURCE: Paper stuck in the Fellows Paper Shredder

1. Remove Shredder from paper catcher bin
2. Remove shredder cover from shredding mechanism assemble (approx. 6 screws on bottom of cover)
3. Separate shredding mechanism from bottom cover (may have disconnect circuit board from assembly and other wiring from switches , sensors, etc,)
4. Remove motor gear cover (approx. 4 screws)
5. Separate shedder main drive gear from motor step up gear by pulling gear out
6. Turn shredder mechanism up side down to access the cutting blades
7. Use an adjustable wrench to turn the main drive gear to see stuck paper
8. Use a needle noise pliers to remove paper shreds
9. Repeat step 7 and 8 until all shreds are remove and cutting mechanism move smoothly
10. Reassembly before testing shredder
11. If you remove only some of the shreds, the motor may seize up and strip the plastic gears from step up gear.
