I was getting a F-xx code can not remember the number. If you remove the bottom front plate , I remember 3 three screws.Behind that is the filter for the machine, mine had a 2-3" white cap that came off with a screen inside that was plugged. When you open it up you can get a fair amount of water come out. The machine will not work until you put the front cover back on. UNPLUG the machine FIRTS

Remove, reseat and reconnect every connector at least 3
times. Remove the motor control board, spray it down with electronic cleaner
along with all connections by disconnecting them, spraying them down.
Disconnect and connect a few times to ensure good contact.. It appears that
spraying the board and connectors work.
Pl give me a ‘very helpful’ rating for the free help,
F/06 ---- ERROR IS FOR ----------- Drive Motor Tachometer ErrorThe control is unable to properly detect motor speed and the machine will shut down. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin, the door will be unlocked after 3 minutes.---------- AND TO SOLVE THIS ---------Check wire harness connections between the Drive Motor/Tachometer and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU) -- Check the Drive Motor Check the MCU Check the Wire Harness
Start with the obvious things that you can rule out first. Since your problem is intermittent at times, you may just have a loose or corroded connection between the Drive Motor and/or Main Control Unit. Check all your connections.
Another thing to try before delving too deep into troubleshooting is to unplug the washer for at least 30 minutes in an attempt to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). This is the main "brain" for your washer. Sometimes these problems can easily be resolved by resetting the CCU to clear momentary glitches. If the problem reoccurs after a reset, then you have a genuine problem and will need to investigate further. The link I provided should give you the advice you need. If you still have questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.
My washer did the same until i relalised that after the wash when light is flashing, turn control to stop position and wait until it stops flashing before turning machine off. Sometimes i have to turn control right around again for it to stop flashing but this is how it works.
Thought these additional details might help as we are having a similar problem.
When the washer is turned on we get a blank screen, then after a bit we see the display flash. After sometime flashing then we see it go to normal and we can run it. It is as almost as if it need to warm up...
We can get the display to show faster, by playing with the knob. However, the machine still needs time before we can use it.
