No, you can't while they are in the camera. Date and time are added by the camera when it captures the image, so if you didn't have the time/date stamp on when you took the picture, it won't be there. What you could do is upload the pictures to your computer and add the date and time yourself in Paint, IrfanView or another similar program.

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

Smudge showing up in view finder and on photo PowerShot SX210

Is there a visible smudge on the front element of the lens? If so, you can use a LensPen or cleaning cloth from the photo department of your favorite store.

There is the possibility that there is fungus growing inside the lens elements of the camera. Humidity can allow this to happen over time with camera lenses as well.

If you have fungus inside the lens, you may need to check with a repair shop... buying a new camera may be in your future.

How do a I change the date or remove the date from a picture already taken on my Canon Power Shot A1100?

That date is part of the picture once it is taken, the only way to remove it is with software like Adobe Photoshop and you can use the Clone Stamp tool to copy a similar part of the picture and basically cover it up. With some practice you can remove it without being able to tell it was ever there.

Where to plug in the cord in cononSD30 to copy photos to laptop

The Canon PowerShot SD30 uses a camera station to download and print photos. You will need the "interface cable" that came with your camera and camera station.
  • Attach the USB end of the cable to one of your computer's USB ports, and the other end to the Digital Terminal on the camera station base (see photo below);
  • On the camera, slide the camera mode switch to "Play", then place the camera in the camera station, and turn on the Power.
  • The two devices are now connected, ready for photo downloading.
All instructions are in the "Basic Camera User Guide". If you can't find your Canon SD30 manual, you can download a PDF version from the Canon website at:
http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/5/0900011245/01/PSSD30CUGba-EN.pdf

Hope this helps.

How to set time on your camera so that when you print your photo's, it shows the date

The date/time setting process may be slightly different on different camera. Which camera do you have ? Nevertheless, you first need to set the date/time on your camera. And when you print, say using PictBridge, you need to set the DPOF date setting at WITH DATE. And you need to use a printer that supports date printing.

I can only take at least 15 shots in my Cannon Powershot A590 IS, pls. help me how to adjust for me to take pictures atleast hundreds of shots.

Your camera has limited storage using internal memory and probably came with a 32 MB memory card. An SD card of even 1 GB (tiny by today's standards) will hold about 100x as many picture as your internal memory.

Buy a larger memory card. These don't cost much and a 1 GB card can hold a LOT of pictures. After 1 GB, there are differences in the memory cards and the higher capacity card might not work in your camera.

If you want to increase the number of pictures you can store either with the current card or using internal memory, then you have a couple of other options. 1) change the picture size to "small" and 2) set the compression to "normal" to achieve the maximum number of images for your memory. Warning: small and normal might give pictures that are too low of resolution for what you want.
