Question about Symbol MC50 Pocket PC
I have a Symbol MC50 and set up pocket inventory on it. The symbol is working and has all of our departments on it but when I scan an item and change its quantity then send the changes nothing in the POS system changes. Am I doing something wrong?
I had setup the symbol on one of our client computers not the server computer which caused a problem with syncing the inventory information with Restaurant Pro Express. With RPE there is a single "server" computer that all of the client computers send and receive their information to and from. The Symbol MC50 must be setup on this server in order for the information to sync properly.
