Go to Black and Decker again and on the right hand side of the header is a link to for registering your new tool. If this doesn't work let me know and I will go a different route.

I don't have a manual for a black and decker scorpionl and can't work out how to change the blade. Please can you help?

without the exact model number I would suggest going to "" and on the left hand side you can see an area to type in your model number it will redirect you to a page where you can select a download, if you get back to me with the model I will find one for you but this is a first choice.

Blackanddecker typye 2 recip-saw handi saw cordless ,blade wont stay locked in while cutting keeps poping out worthless to use as soon as u put presure on it pops right out

There is a small ball inside the chuck that sometimes gets stuck on these quick release chucks. Check and see if it is still in there and if it is see if it is stuck. If it is just put a drop of oil on it and keep working it. It will loosen up and you will be back in operation.

No recip on Porter Cable 647 saw

In a manner of speaking, the problem solved itself. The required parts are obsolete with no replacement and no source for the originals that I could find. The saw will soon be gracing the landfill, and I will not be purchasing any more Porter Cable products.

OK just looked at manual for the CHS6000 handisaw and there is a lever on the front that you need to press down on fully and insert the blade from the front and then release lever and it should lock. This tool from what I saw can take the T shank blades or standard ones. If you still have trouble I would go to and in the middle of the page towards the bottom you can type in your model number and either read the manual online or print out a copy. This manual is 34 pages long. Let me know if you still have problems.
