Buy a new fridge!
I assume that you checked that it was plugged in and that the thing was getting cold?
Saying that something isnt running means little to those that would help you.
More info pls.

This is a new model,.. is it not under warranty??

When the compressor is running at least the freezer fan should be on and if not also the evaporator fan in the fresh food section should be running when it calls for cold air but basically anytime the compressor runs the fans should be running all of .them. a lot of times when there's a problem with the start relay and run capacitor on the compressor d external and internal fans will not come on what you need to do is find out if the compressor is getting hot and not running

Motor is running continuously and is loud

The coil ubder the frig could be filled with dust/dirt and no air is flowing over it to remove the heat. This will causecontinuous running and force the compressor to work harder and louder. A loss of some refrigerant (freon)will cause continuous running but not likely to cause louder running. The fan motor in rear of frig at the compressor could be worn out and running slow or stopped and without this air flow the compressor never stops and runs loud. Also, the door gaskets (especially the bottom part could be torn and bot sealing well; this will cause continuous running but not likely loud running. Goodluck, Macgivor

My refr. comp. is runs but the evap.fan motor do not run

Look inside the freezer at the back panel. Is it covered with ice? If it is you most likely have a bad defrost heater and the ice has stopped you fan. If not you will need to replace the fan
Please rate this solution if it is correct. Thanks.

Uline combo unit. Condensor fan will not run and

You just answered your question. If no fan is running then the compressor will overheat and the compressor goes off on overload. Do you have the evaporator fan running? If yes then replace the condensor fan. Both fans will run at the same time. If the evap fan is not running then the unit must be in defrost. Since its a hotgas defrost the compressor will run.
Hope this helps

Hi, Check voltage to the fan. The fan will only run when the compressor is running. If you have voltage to the fan whilr the compressor is running, replace the fan.

Freezer not freezing

when the freezer is not freezing, check the fan and fan motor in the freezer section. It should be running when the compressor is running. Check for frost. If you see frost on the rear inside panel, the frost is usually about 3 in. thick on the inside. Check and make sure the fan next to the compressor is running, if your's has one. It will run when the compressor is running. Check for gaps in your door gasket. If there is no frost, both fans are running, compressor is running, and no gaps, and your coils outside the refrigerator are clean, it doesn't sound good.
