What could blue tailpipe smoke be from?

Your issue could be a few things. Simplest first would be the PVC valve. Other issue would be valve seals, valve guides or piton rings. The blue smoke is from your vehicle burning oil

Stihl TS400 stone cutter not working (no compression) so replaced piston rings, new gasket kit and clean for carb new spark plug (good spark when engin turned over) cleaned all air filters, replaced all...

You did not indicate whether or not you have compression now that you have changed out the gaskets and piston rings. If not, it seems to me that the problem could be a) cracked head or block, b) bad valve(s) or even c) a warped head.

Sorry for the bad news (if I am right).

Why to much sparks in the brushes

Low power and lots of sparks from the brushes is usually indicative of a damaged commutator (the ring where the brushes contact the armature) or burnt or broken windings on the armature. The only fix for either of these problems is to replace the armature.

My plymouth voyager just started smoking

If its bluish smoke coming out of the exhaust, then engine oil is leaking past the piston's oil rings. You'll need an engine rebuild, or give its last rites before sending to the salvage yard. If it's white, it should clear up as the engine warms up. White smoke is caused by lack of heat temperature in the combustion chamber. If the engine is warm, and its still smoking (black smoke), then too much fuel is entering one (or more) of the cylinders, which is often caused by a faulty fuel injector. To diagnose which injector is faulty, remove and inspect each spark plug. Any Haynes or Chilton manual has a spark plug section showing what a normal spark plug should look like, versus one caused by faulty injectors.

My leaf blower statred smoking a little and then

dont sound good but you could try this, put some motor oil in the cyclinder which gives it false compression couple of table spoons ,remove the spark plug put 2 spoonsfull in the cyclinder put the sparkplug back in it should start sometimes it will free the rings or if it just runs a little then quits the rings or ring could be stuck

Having trouble with my honda 2001 cbr 929.black/gray smoke coming out of exhaust pipe

There are several possible causes; fuel mixture is too rich, air filter is clogged, or worn piston rings and/or valve guide seals. The latter, however, will most likely produce blue smoke - under acceleration means worn rings, blue smoke under deceleration means bad valve guide seals. Also make sure that the crankcase vent is not obstructed as this will tend to force oil up, past the rings and into the combustion process.

Generally, an examination of the spark plugs will give you a good clue as to what the offender is. Black, sooty spark plugs indicates too much fuel (clogged air filter or mixture too rich). Oily spark plugs means worn engine parts, as mentioned above.
