Question about HP LaserJet 1020 Printer
Out of nowhere, my HP LaserJet 1020 printer says that the printer cartridge is missing or the front hatch is open. Neither of these things is true--the cartridge is in place, the front door is closed. Yet, it won't work. It continuously states an error message. Any advice?
Try for a reset option. I cannot say which it is with your particular model- Usually it involves switch off- depressing a combination of button then with the buttons still pressed - switch on. Try www.fixyourownprinter.com
