Question about Coby MP-C7085 MP3 Player
I charged my coby mp705 player and then the screen went white. I tried turning it on again as well as resetting it but it still shown a white screen. What can I do to fix this ?

If resetting the unit didn't correct the problem, unfortunately, it needs to be replaced. The unit can not be fixed. The warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase. You would need the receipt in order to receive a warranty replacement. If the unit was a Xmas gift, please call the number above and you'll be given the correct procedure to follow in order to receive your replacement.
