Question about Euro-Pro Ultra Steam SharkTM II Hard Surface Steam Cleaner Vacuum
Call them at 1-800-798-7398
Have the model number, the country it was made in and the date it was made. All found on sticker on bottom of unit. They are foreigners that answer the phone, so be prepared to spell everything. It takes 3 weeks to get the parts but I found them to be inexpensive.

I called this number and was told that the rear wheel could not e replaced by simply ordering a part. I would have had to send the unit in and since I could not prove my date of purchase the cost would be $45 plus shipping and handling in addition to what it cost to send the unit in for repair. They were helpful in that they e-mail me an instruction manual.
