Whirlpool dishwasher ADP6000WH Error 3

I have Whirlpool dishwasher model ADP6000WH. Towards the end of the wash / rinse cycle stops with error 3. the user manual suggests excessive heat time required, with either a faulty heat sensor or heating element. any suggestions or where I can locate replacement parts?

Error code 3 on my whirlpool ADP6000WH

F3 error fault code
The heating cycle is not working. The error is indicated after several electronic checks are done over a 25 minute period. Therefore if the heater heats too slowly or the heater is open circuit or indeed the electronic control PCB is defective, each of these will indicate F3. The twist is, if the NTC is fluctuating in its reading it also can indicate F3 and not F1. This is from the service manual for whirlpools dishwashers matching the model number your provided if you have any further questions message me back in order to test if the heating element is good or not you would need to perform a continuity test on the heater element with a multimeter. Please also remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future Thanks again Rick

My dishwasher is coming up with a error 4. my dishwasher is a whirlpool ADP6000WH/ADP6000IX please help

I just had the same thing, same model. After cleaning the filter out, the problem remained. I then read on another forum that it helps if you tilt the machine backwards for a few minutes (which involved pulling it out of the cavity in the kitchen). Did this and it now seems to be working. Hope this helps you.
