Frymaster pump and motor

Hi there.
Filter paper may be clogged causing the pump motor to trip-off after the filtration of the second fryer, better scrape off any filtered debris on paper afrte filtering.
Also oil temperature must be at least 250F or above to lessen the load on pump motor as oil with low temperature is thicker than oil with high temperature.

My fryer heat up to 285 then quit then try to light but want,

sounds like the high limit is doing what it is suppose to do. Check the actual temperature of grease with a perometer and see if it matches temp on computer if it is more than 10 degrees off or fluxuates irraticly change the temp probe. If it is dead on change the high limit.

Frymaster will not re-light after reaching temp on initial start

You have a lazy thermostat that needs replacing. Not uncommon.

I have a comfort zone furnace. If it's 50 degrees in the house, and i set my thermostat to 70 or so,it takes at least 24 hours to reach 70 degrees. The furnace starts up and runs normally for about five...

When the thermostat calls for heat it should run until the room reaches the temperature setting then shut off. Is the blower motor running and can you feel air coming out of the vents? It sounds like the blower is either not running or putting out enough air to keep the furnace heating. The blower moves the heat from the heat exchanger to the room, if it can't remove enough heat from the heat exchanger there is a limit switch that will shut the burner off if it gets to hot and that's what it sounds like is happening.

Y have difference of 70 degree less in oil at the computer and the temperature probe its new ex:at 350 setting ,the oil is 280 f

Hello. Usually the problem lies in the wiring to/from the probe, the connection points, or the interface board, and I have even seen the harness between the computer and interface board have a problem. The probe has a specific resistance at a specific temperature, so cause resistance anywhere in the circuit, and you now have a different reading on the computer, or so it thinks. I hope you used a pin pusher, and didn't cut/wire nut the probe wires, because you just added a lot of resistance to the circuit. The probe should read 1654 ohms at 350 deg., but your only getting 280 deg. so, the probe would be 1514 ohms.
I have no way of knowing at this point if you have the old interface board, or the new, so I will give you the pin test points for the new one, disconnect your computer, and on the relay board, there will be 12 points with a label for J2, pins 11 & 12 should be for the probe, from the back to there. If the readings are not correct to that point, then you have wiring, or problem with the interface board, if they are, then the interface cable to computer, or the computer.
You can go to, download a service manual, and do some snooping, but they don't tell you everything, like those resistances.

Hope that helped, and thank you.

If this is an electric fryer you may have a shorted element that will continue to heat when ever the fryer is turned on,even when it is not calling for heat. If it has 3 phase power, the elements could be wired wrong

Frymaster fryer keeps calling for help on electronic keyboard.

There should be some kind of spark sensor usually where the gas line plugs into the pot. There is one wire hooked to it take the sensor out and clean it good. Soot could be building up on it causing it to nolonger sense a flame.
