Try some light glass cleaner. After its clean I recommend buying some plastic screen protectors. They are thin, almost invisible and will keep those areas of the phone scratch free.

Definitely you just have to change the lens of the camera, because of the reason of it becoming blur is because the water that went in formed some form of moisture where it is not necessarily needed.
The moisture formed blocks the lens from receiving the light rays from outside and that is why it goes blur, just clean uo the camera screen and see, that cleaning should be done by a phone expert.......
You need to open the phone and take out the motherboard before you can clean the display.You can do this by removing all the screws on the phone first,then carefully take out the motherboard,when you finish you need to put it back into the same position which you remove it.
I have encountered this kind of kpad problem before.only power button works.i thought it only a program,but i found the main problem is in the sidekey only.you need to disassemble your phone carefully and clean the sidekey interface.remove the membrane and clean sidekey interface.100% tested.If you have enough money to buy a new keypad flex,then you can replace the keypad flex.
if your printer can open up i can help if not i cant open up the printer and clean it dont touch any cables it could mess it up then clean the ink box. clean it where it was dont touch any cables and reclean everything then test
take a pin and put it near speaker and pull it outside and before this give some hear by hairdyer. so that it comes out eaisly out clean it and fix it . reply me if u can do it
you turn on airplane mode by holding the on/off button too long when turning it on. no more that 5 seconds. tough to take the screen apart, go to a nextel store, they have the tools.
as far as the outside screen you should take it apart if you can and check the connector is their lose(theirs a solution for this if you need it)don't do it if you ain't got insurance if you do take it to your provider to check it, as afr as the dust I'm not totally sure but you i think you can take it off and clean it but you need a certain type of cleaning fluid probly the one for computers but I'm not sure as to how to take it off sorry.
