I HAVE A DNA-A211-I BSNL MODEM. I RESET IT CONTINUE 4-5 TIME AND AFTER RESET IN MODEM DSL AND WLAN IS NOT WORKING AND MODEM IS NOT CONNECTED TO MY PC. I USE WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM. RESET BUTTON IS NOT WORKING. SO PLS SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

which can only be connected using the ehternet cable .
please go to your nearest bsnl divisional and center and ask for type 2 wireless modem

Go to START and find RUN, then type in CMD and hit ENTER, should throw up a black box (Dos window) you will type IPCONFIG and it should give you an adapter gateway ip address like 192.168.0.1 or something like that, from there close out that box and launch internet explorer or firefox or netscape or whatever browser you use. Type in the ip address where you would normally type www.google.com. Hit ENTER, this will interface you with the router. It might be password protected. Usually the username and password are both the word admin. If not look at the bottom of router for password. Look for wireless tab once in router and select network type as wep. Look for the key that the router automatically generates. This will be your wep key. Now your wireless connection will be secure. Hope this helps...Tennis123

hey buddy u need to press the reset button only for 3-5 sec( it look like a hole u have to use a pin to reset it. it is located at the bottom of the modem.) don't press the button more then that otherwise it won't get reset. once it get reset go back to the modem page this try admin as user name & leave the password blank. if case if it doesn't work with that try admin as user name & admin password or admin as user name & password as password.

please check if the WLAN of your laptop is set to automatic.
