Question about Curtis Televison & Video
I bought a 32 inch curtis t.v. 2 weeks ago and just noticed when turning channels a very small light dot on left side of t.v. Will this get worse, should I return to store while I still have time. Thanks, Helen
Hi Helen, You have what is called a dead pixel, sometimes it gets worse depending on the problem, I have seen the screen covered with dead pixels and I have seen tvs that never get worse than one or two dead pixels. I would suggest you call Curtis customer service and explain the problem. Let me know if I can assist further and please rate this solution. Lone99star
