After removing the battery, you will find four star-head screws. Find the fifth screw by prying up the edge of the rubber antenna cover (opposite side of back from the stylus.)
Search youtube.com for video of instructions. Fairly High level of expertise necessary. I have replaced two screens. One worked, the other became tech-trash.
