There are icons on my computer that were accidently put on there. the icons I mean are pop ups for computer repair kits and music, ect...

place your finger on the icon, leave it there 'til a menu pops up, or an image of a trash can. With your finger-still on the screen- drag the image on the trash can, remove finger from the screen, solve your problem. If that doesn't work, go into settings and find your shortcuts in the menu and select the removal of the shortcuts you wish to delete. This will not remove them from your device, just put them out of sight.

Touchflo of HTC Touch 3G won't launch

Hi. TouchFlo is the special today plugin for the HTC devices, and as you realized, you can still use all functions of your PDA without. I think there is an error in the installation of TouchFlo (There can be a bunch of reasons, we have to know everything you did with your PDA in order to guess them), but there is a safe solution for that problem, you can backup all your personal data and software to your PC, then you can hard reset your PDA to its factory default settings. That way both your phone and the TouchFlo will work. In order to hard reset your PDA (after the backup of your personal data), you can follow the steps in this link: ( Hope this helps.

I cant get past the align screen on my o2

When you don't charge your PDA's battery for a while, and let both normal and backup batteries to finish completely, all your data in your PDA is lost, and it will go back to factory default state. As the operating system is stored in the ROM of your PDA, it will be reinstalled when you charge it again, and becuase there's no data left from the past state, you have to do all the settings again from the start, beginning with the screen alignment (You can tap carefully on the plus sign each time it moves). If you had a backup syncronized with your PC, you can then recover your data to your PDA.

Deleting files

This unit is very poor on operating memory. If it is a IIi unit then you can turn the processor to turbo which may help. From my experience these units always freeze.

"My Handheld PC" and "Recycle Bin" icons disappeared

This problem is experienced after following performance suggestions found in third-party documentation, on web sites, or in newsgroups. These suggestions instruct users to remove all folders from the desktop of Handheld PC Pro device in order to speed screen-repaint rates. Applying these same steps on a Handheld PC 2000 device causes all desktop icons to disappear. Microsoft has documented this issue (in Q289674): To restore the My Handheld PC and Recycle Bin icons on the device, follow these steps: 1. Tap Start, tap Programs, and then tap Windows Explorer. 2. Tap the My Documents folder, tap Send To on the File menu, and then tap Desktop as Shortcut. 3. "Soft" reset the MobilePro. The My Handheld PC and Recycle Bin icons should return to the desktop. Note that you must have at least one folder or shortcut on the desktop in addition to the My Handheld PC and Recycle Bin icons, or else the problem will recur.

Uninstall games on iPAQ h5555

What you can do is delete the icons by using File Explorer to navigate to \Windows\Start Menu and delete the Games group, or just delete the icons within the \Windows\Start Menu\Games group. That won't remove them from the machine and they will be back after a hard reset, but it will make them invisible.
