Re: Hand held is locked
Just use your PUK code to unlock blackberry curve 8300 password, type any password until your phone asking you to enter puk code. PUK code can you found from your sim card bundle if you don't have it just call your service provider, they will give it to you. That code will make your blackberry unlocked from your previous password so you can setup new password for your phone.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

usually if you just locked your phone for the first time it instantly uses the last 4 letters of ya cell phone # for your lock. it works for my lg slide. you can change it after that if you go to your lock settings. it also depends... is it a touch screen or what?
In some cases your DVD drive may not be found by Windows 7, even if it's visible in the BIOS and using the standard driver.<br /><br />The standard solution here is to run <span style="font-weight: bold;">REGEDIT</span>, and navigate to <br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\</span>, <br /><br />then delete both UpperFilters and LowerFilters in the right-hand pane (UpperFilters.bak and LowerFilters.bak entries can be ignored).<br /><br />If its not working you can try resetting the drive letter .To do that,<br /><br />Go to <span style="font-weight: bold;">Start</span>, type <span style="font-weight: bold;">Disk Management</span> and choose the <span style="font-weight: bold;">"Create and format hard disk partitions</span>" link. If your optical drive is visible here then right-click it, select Change Drive Letter and Paths, click Change and choose a new letter. If the drive is now visible in Explorer, then repeat the process to change the drive letter back; if it's still not visible, reboot and it should appear.
Solution: In some cases your DVD drive may not be found by Windows 7, even if it's
visible in the BIOS and using the standard driver.
cause because of a registry hack aswell.
solution here is to run REGEDIT, browse to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\, then delete
both UpperFilters and LowerFilters in the right-hand pane
(UpperFilters.bak and LowerFilters.bak entries can be ignored).
Resetting the drive letter has worked for some.
Start, type Disk Management and choose the "Create and format hard disk
partitions" link. If your optical drive is visible here then
right-click it, select Change Drive Letter and Paths, click Change and
choose a new letter. If the drive is now visible in Explorer, then
repeat the process to change the drive letter back; if it`s still not
visible, reboot and it should appear.

This is an indication the passive reciever has been set to off. Press and hold the door button on the hand held passive remote for 2 seconds the door locks should cycle locked then unlocked. The passive indicator should go out and the system should see the remote when you walk away from the car (dors lock, horn blows). If nothing happens test the hatch button (if you ha a coupe) to see that the remote battery is good.
Good morning! possible that some of the keys (/letters) terminal point of your keyboard were locked/stucked-up during your cleaning. I suggest to use another keyboard then check the status of the keyboard if it is working properly thru Device Manager. best regards
