Question about Estate EED4300SQ Dryer
The brand is Estate by Whirlpool and is only a year old but it doesnt do it all the time just every 5 minutes or so and maybe not even that often all the time. Its been sitting in the same spot for 6 months and just started doing it tonight
I would bet you hae a dented top of the dryer. thats what is hitting the drum causing the noise. if you put something heavy on top of the unit then the top could have bent down and is now hitting the drum when it runs. and heat as it runs will make it worse.
if yo can, pull the top up and re-shape the top so it doesnt hit th drum and then dont let the top get pushed down again.
