Question about D-Link DES 1024R Plus (DES-1024R+/5) Networking Switch
All of a sudden my switch has all its lights ON. Everything the power, the 100Mbps, the Link/Act all of them but none of my computers are getting any connection. It just shows network cable unplugged. How do I trouble shoot. Help me quickly please....
If all lights are on.. it only means its dead already. thats how to tell if its dead...

Check the cabling. Could possibly be a broken pair in the cable. Make sure all ends are not damaged.

Hi, It could possibly be faulty, maybe caused by an electric surge. Also, Check that the power adapter is a good one or moreso, the correct one. But it could also just require a reset and reconfiguring. Try that and see if it helps. Thanks, Lolita
