Question about Microsoft LIVE ONECARE 2.0 XP/Vista for PC
I installed Windows Live OneCare 12/25/08. The icon on bottom right of screen shows yellow which means action is needed. When I open Windows Live OneCare with options of actions needed I am unable to select an option since the hour glass appears instead of an arrow keeping me from selecting an option. Does Windows Live OneCare have a phone number to call?
Right click on the icon at the bottom right, and then click "Get help at help center".
You can look for various solutions and if nothing works,
then at the bottom right of each help topic, there is a "contact support" link which will give you further instructions.
