Question about Canon imageRUNNER C3200 Color Printer
I can print tabs (binder dividers) on 8.5x11 formatting using Avery's Direct Print template but I cannot print 9x11 tabs through my Color Image Runner C3200. Help!

does this printer support this size of paper in paper size menu most printers of this type dont be sure this is possible with this machine because you mentioned the they have tabs you could get some serious paper jams with media this small i would try this operation on a small inkjet printer before trying it on this unit thus causing other problems especially with cardstock this thick

SOURCE: How do you print divider tabs
Depends on the size of your tabs...
In Microsoft Word:
Pull down the tools menu and select "Letters and Mailings" and then choose "Envelopes and Labels", choose the labels tab, and select "Avery 5836 - Divider -Mtg. Creator" or manually set a height of 0.5" and a width of 1.75".
In any Word Processing Application:
Make a table 10x1, set the row height to 0.5", and then set every other column width to 1.75" and 0.5" respectively with a 0.5" left and right margin, 1.0" bottom margin, and a 2.0" top margin. Add rows until you fill the page.
Hope this was helpful and remember to vote...Thanks

SOURCE: Printing on templates
This is normally set through the page margins within the software you are using not the actual printer settings. MS Word has templates for various Avery labels, but I've found after loading the template you have to fine tune the margins for your printer. Use plain paper to print test pages and hold them over your card stock to check alignment.

The colour alignment is carried out automatically. Run auto gamma adjust. If this does not resolve anything, some part is at fault. Typical faulty item would be slipping transfer belt.
