Keeps blowing fuses
The poer supply faulty. Isolate Horizontal output stage from the power supply and connect dummy load (like normal bulb same wattage as TV ) and test. before that pls check all component in power supply and replace and burnt parts spacialy diodes caps and power regulater ic as well
