Not sure if you have fixed the problem. There is a web site to get this motor... www.arnoldservice .com he should have the motor. I recomend a generic 3 speed mtr. you will have to cut the plug on the original as it may be a 4 speed but you only need 3 speeds. The oem motor will be more expensive then an aftermarket.

Why would my fan not be blowing hot or cold air?

You could have a relay that is bad , Blower motor relay in the under hood fuse/relay box. Or the blower motor itself could be bad . This is where you need to get a wiring diagram an a component location chart an a DVOM digital volt ohm meter an do some testing . The blower motor resistor , is this the part you changed ? If you haven't high blower operation either it couldn't be the blower motor resistor .

Location of heater relay on 2003 ford focus.

There is no relay, according to my info. At the blower motor, green wire is voltage, fuse protected, goes hot with key on. Black wire is ground. The blower speed control switch is part of ground circuit. There are resistors for the lower speeds. Hi speed doesn't use a resistor. If you have good voltage and ground at blower motor and no blower action, suspect the blower motor. Any motor that uses brushes, sometimes you can tap on suspect motor, and it will run intermittently. Sign of bad brushes.
You may be able to use jumper wires to blower motor connector for voltage and ground, from the battery, just to see if blower motor will run? If it won't run, suspect blower motor. If you use jumpers, use an inline fuse, just in case.

You have to check all associated fuses and relays then check power at the blower motor resistor located under the hood on the passengers side on the heater a/c plenum against the firewall under the rear coolant hose going into the back of intake. ..do the tap test and see if blower cones on

look under the passenger side of the dash. There will be a plastic trim panel that will need to be removed. Once its out of the way you will see the blower motor. The resistor will be just to the drivers side of the blower motor.

Air/Heater blower only operates on low

it souds like the "blower motor resistor". thats where i would start anyways. If that is the problem you need to check the actual blower motor it self. I found a rat in a customers car a couple years ago. it made a nice little nest right in there affectively "slowing down the fan" the resistor was also compromised and replaced due to excessive stress it had endured. the HVAC control panel (the 3 dials) from what i can remember is expensive but i rarely had to replace that part. if there is a filter associated with your system, change it every 15,000 miles or once a year...which ever comes first. Good Luck.....

Nissan sentra 1998 air conditioner problem

The problem is most likely one of the following:-

1) Open circuit blower motor series dropping resistor - this resistor module is usually located in the blower motor ducting in the air flow.

2) Faulty fan speed control switch, or poor connection in the associated wiring.

Don't know cost of these items.

2004 Chevrolet Silverado Heater/AC Blower on without Ignition ON

there is no relay for the heater fan it's a 15 amp fuse and is on the accessories circuit. the reostat is responsible for all 3 speeds .with the key off there should be no voltage to the blower motor whether the fans speed fan switch is on or off. the fuse will be located in the fuse paneleither on the drivers left side in the dash or underneath the dash in the fuse block. you have a short in the harness that is under the dash and most likely it's a bad plug on the harness. your going to have to do some searching but that's where the problem short is... please rate
