You have to phone your phone network, Orange, T mobile etc
and ask them to give you the PUK for the sim youre currently using.
Sometimes they will say that they cannot give you the PUK becuase of security reasons, but if you get the shop you bought it from, or prove as much as you can that you are the official purchaser or the phone, they should tell you it.

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways -The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.

GW525 Cell Phone: PUK is block and I can only make emergency calls. ...

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

Unlock the puk code for aircel perpaid

PUK or pin unblocking key, usually comes up together with your sim card, be it on a paper, receipt or at the back of your sim card card. it is usually the unblocking key for your pin. normally, puk is for your sim card not to your phone, but, if the phone depends more on the sim, either if you remove the sim and open your phone, it will not open. usually, this is possible for phone who don't have an offline mode. if you lost your PUK, then, the possible way to acquire this, is to contact your network provider and ask for your puk code. if your phone has an offline mode, try inserting a sim that the pin is not activated and check.
