Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
I put my music from windows media player on my MP3, but when i press play a bubble pops up saying that the file is not supported. What does that mean?
This problem seems to be a big issue with Philips at the moment. There is a problem with Windows Media Player 11 and the Philips GoGear.. Listed on the GoGear Website is a description of your problem (under the News 1 and News 2 headings) and possible solutions for download.

For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to
mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then
copy them to your MP3 player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track.
