MotoKrzr K1m keeps freezing (by 4 users)

I just got my Krzr two days ago and everytime my memory card is in my phone freezes when I try to access anything on it. Any ideas what can stop this?

What the problem is, is you have a corrupt file on your memory card. You need to get a card reader that you plug into a computer and put your memory card in it and run the "fix" like you would on a floppy disc and then it should work just fine.

MY PHONE KEEPS FREEZING AND I CAN'T PRESS ANY OF THE KEYS, THE SIDE BUTTONS WORK BUT THAT'S ALL.

every time i go to change my wallpaper or screensaver or go to my music it freezes. i take the battery out and put it back in but it still wont go to my music.

i have a motorla krzr but it did came with a cd rom and i want to put songs on my phone from the computer but i cant

Wizyou can reformat the memory card from the phone.
It will erase all content on the card and should help. Be sure to back up any important info from the memory card before reformat. All lst data cannot be retrieved.
