Question about Aiptek A-HD 720P Flash Media Camcorder

Arcsoft total media extreme with aiptek cam

I can't make a movie with total media extreme. It freezes up at some point every time. I have tried the software on more than one computer.
My current pc is new with 3 gigs of ram and a 500 mb hard drive. I've tried everything including disabling antivirus software etc. Any ideas?

I have similar problem. I get into the burning stage but it will not complete the burning process. 'Encounters Problem' and locks up. Have also tried the program on 2 computers. Can't get through to ArcSoft for help!

I cannot get any of my movies/videos to transfer onto my computer.

Hi,  You need to connect the cam and PC using a cable (it should have come with the cam).  Switch on the cam.  Open Windows Movie Maker and import the video from device.
If the movie maker doesnt detect, try installing the driver first.

I have a camcorder called Aiptek 720 p HD.... that takes digital movies in a .mov format.... I like to burn a DVD using the movies from my smart card media... is there a free software I can down load that...

Mine came with Arcsoft Total Media
Extreme. At first it did a great job of making movies. It has been freezing up lately.
You should have gotten a copy with the cam or a link to download it at least. If not, buy a vid editing package that supports hd mov files. The compression is h2.64 I think.
