Your computer is in keypad mode. To check, turn off your Num Lock. On my system that disables the
embedded keypad. To fix, go into setup (usually F1, F2 or delete when booting). Somewhere you should find a setting for using the embedded keypad. Mine has two options, Fn Key Only and By Num Lock. Yours may be different. One activates the embedded keypad, which you are seeing. Try the other setting.
You should check device manager to ensure that your wireless device is working properly. If it is, once turned on, you have to double click on the wireless icon on your taskbar usually next to the clock to chose your preferred network. Go to your computer manufacturer's website and locate the software/driver page that specifically pertains to your system. locate and download the software/drivers that you are in need of. You should also see a notebook system software option to download as well. Be sure you download and install that as well.
I couldn't download it either until i tried a different approach Go to your hardware update wizard Choose Don't search I will choose the driver to install Scroll down and choose sound video and game controllers Choose the manufacturer which should be Conexant Audio and follow the steps to install that way.......
This was the only way it finally got installed and if it says it can't find the "camc6aud" sys file, under browse choose the directory where you downloaded the driver Example: C:cabs/Conexant Audio/camc6aud
