where do you enter the 0000 for the blackberry? i've not seen a prompt for the entry of the password!

Depending on the phone... try and remove the current bluetooth device. Close the headset. Go to the phone and choose discover, or search. Open the headset and press and hold the big button. It should then turn purple and should be recognized. After this, it will ask for a passcode.

Also make sure the battery on theheadset is charged before doing this.

The passkey will be 0000, four zeros.
