Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
Ok i have a Opal 4208 and it was stuck on initilizing then i shut it off and now it doesnt do anything just a blank screen so i connected to my computer and it doesnt recognize it but it recognizes something is being plugged in (it is windows) so i have no idea how to do this
If stuck on initilizing then firmware went bad.
You need to go to RCA website download the latest firmware.
After you download the firmware.
plug in mp3 player to your usb device of pc.
After its plugged in install the firmware.
While its installing windows should find the palyer.
Leave it plugged in for about 1 hour to give the battery time to charge a little.
