Question about Fagor LFA-65 IT Dishwasher

1 Answer

7 BEEPS!!!!!!!!!!! Hi, I have a problem with my Fagor dishwasher - Model LFU 65IT. When I tried to switch it on tonight, it wouldn't start and then it beeped seven times. I consulted the manual and the troubleshooting section says "temp no detect" - something to do with the temperature sensor apparently but it doesn't say what. Any ideas please?

My Fagor dishwasher di not finish the cycle and has water in the bottom of the machine which has not drained. Now it will not start and just beeps. How can I drain the water and get it to start and fu

A small amount of water in the bottom is normal (it allows the pump to be pre-primed). Do not remove the water (as long as it is only a little in the center well).

Fagor dishwasher not completing cycle showing f6

The heater or thermostat is faulty and not allowing the dishwasher to complete cycle as water is not getting hot enough. Try to run a cold or short cycle and see if is completed.

see explanation of fault codes in this manual.

Fagor dishwasher showing f6

Please check fault codes on page 70 in this manual.
http://www.fagor.co.uk/documents/LFU-65iT.pdf

F6 would mean the water is not getting heated. I am not sure which model you have but if there is only a cold water inlet connection then either heater or thermostat is faulty. If you have both hot and cold water inlet then you may have to check if hot water is getting in at right temperature. Easiest way to confirm is to run dishwasher in cold cycle (short rinse) and see if it goes through. The heater would get used in warm/ hot wash cycles and drying.

Fagor LF 65IT beeps 4 times a few minutes after switching on and all lights flashing on display

This is a flood warning. You must have water in the bottom of your machine which has raised the float and activated the flood switch. Open the lower front panel on your machine and for where the leak is coming from.
