Where is the aux jack for the RCA RS 2620 bookshelf stereo?

The Aux audio L/R input jacks are below the On/Off button on the left side of the front of the stereo's main unit. The headphone jack is just below the input jacks. You will probably need an adapter to split the stereo output from the Blackberry (probably a 3.5 mm stereo jack) to the L/R jacks.

Radio Shack has the manual for the RCA RS2620 here: http://support.radioshack.com/support_audio/doc72/72312.pdf .

I hope this helps.

Where is the auxiliary jack?

It seems like the "aux jack" is actually referring to the RCA inputs on the front panel. To play your blackberry youd need a 1/8th inch to RCA cable

I have an older model (about 15 yrs) When I turn the CD player on, there is a clicking sound and the music will not start. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the pladder motor that your CD sits on is the problem, sometimes I find the rubber pladder itself needs to be adjusted so it is clearing the mechanism, bringing it up a notch will solve the problem, if that is not the case then the unit needs to be checked by a proper service tech.

Cannot set the time, need manual for our RCA RS2620 system

hold in the "clock" button until the hour flashes
use the forward & back buttons for the cd player to set the hour. (located just to the right of the equalizer" button)
once the hour is set, press the "clock" button until minutes are flashing.
use the forward & back buttons for the cd player to set the minute.

No audio at all and buzz in the speaker output.

sounds like an input device switch is frozen or locked up?? try unplugging for overnight and taking any clock or battys out of the unit as well.

No audio output.

Most bookshelf systems rely on plasitc spring clips (or locking clips on some other models), on both the back of the main unit and speakers, to grasp the ultra-thin speaker wire. They could have easily pulled out of the clips if it was moved. As you check your speaker wires, make sure that the insulation on the wire is stripped far enough to not interfere with the wire in the jack. If the wires are good, check your input source to be sure you've selected CD, radio, tuner, or AUX. You can cycle through these options by using the source button. Make sure the mute is not engaged.
