The amp should have simply blown the fuse.

Did anything burn inside the amp?

When you connect it normally, what does it do?

Disconnect all speaker connections and rca cables. Leave power, ground and remote wires intact. Try turning on again. If you still have a protection light your amp is faulty. Hopefully you have warranty. Hopefully its not toast. .A thumbs up would be greatly appreciated if this answer is helpful to you. protective-mood-zb4bomd1rt4qms0dqd12kkt2-2-0.jpg

I have a boss rt645 2ch 1400 watt amp would this amp properly push a pair of 12 inch mtx terminators.

That all depends on the wattage of the subs. also the independance of the subs. If your amp is 1400 watt, maximum you want is 2 600watt subs. if your subs are higher you will blow your amp eventually as your amp isnt powerful enough to pump out to that level. You should never have your amp fully turned up to max, 80% is perfect and will not make your amp blow. Hense why you want your subs less than the max output of your amp.

Does this boss chaos c550 amp match up to perform correctly with 2 12inch kenwood peak power 600 watt magnet 500g (17.6)oz impedence 4 ohm kfc-w300s speakers

It's not bad, but at 400 watts, it's a bit underpowered
It'll be plenty loud, but the amp will distort before the speakers do, particularly if your subs are wired in parallel (as dual-driver boxes are typically wired)

Listen for distortion, and turn it down a bit if the sound gets fuzzy or static-y sounding

Blown amp, on circuit board, connecting fuse and power connect.

These amplifiers dont employ reverse polarity protection that most higher priced ones do.
The amplifier(s) are definately in need of repair - probably power supply - IF boss sells parts.
Chances are, however, the repair will meet or exceed the cost of a new (appropriately rated) entry level amplifier.
Just about anything can be repaired.... question is, are you willing to pay?

Boss chaos 150 200 watt that shows light but doesn't produce sound

If this is the CH150, it's not bridgeable. Try connecting it normally (one speaker per channel) to see if it will produce output.
