I have recently lost my USB cable for my RCA TH1501 MP3. Where can I get a new one? I looked at Walmart (which is where I bought it) and they didn't have it, then I contacted RCA and there is nothing they can do. Does anyone know of a place that still sells them? My MP3 is useless without it.

more than likely there will be the software from the rca website and if your lucky they should sell replacment cables there too, also check and see if its not just a standard mini usb cable if so then any of those will work
I work at RadioShack and have had a few customers ask about this. We don't have one specifically for the RCA mp3 players, I had a hunch that the charger for the iPod Shuffle (the newer one, not the older one) would work. As it turns out, it does. You can order one through our stores or website that's made by DLO (catalog # 55025326 ), though most electronic retailers carry some sort of charger for the Shuffle already, and you can easily find them online, too.
Ah, this is the biggest fault with the RCA Opal: the dedicated USB cord. My suggestion: buy another one, take the USB cord out and return it to the store saying you opened it and you didn't get a USB....and that you'll buy another one at another store.
i know it's sneaky, but that's the only way.
