Question about Printers & Copiers
We added a Panasonic DP-C265 copier to our office and we would like to know how to turn the "out-of-Paper" notification on. Shouldn't it have a sound that tells you it's out of paper instead of just stopping?
Where is the copier asking to add paper to? Is it looking for paper in the manual bypass tray. Try to add paper to that tray and let it make it's copy from that tray. Some body may have chosing that tray to print from. Also, check to see if may be some one was adding paper to the paper trays and changed the paper tray input size to another paper size. Lastly, I would pull out the paper trays and look to see it you may have some paper jamed behind the paper trays them self, just remove the jammed paper and that should do it. These are basic things to check. Good Luck
