I had exactly same thing on my boat recently...which has a car motor in it. And I also charged the battery and I also had a reading that said I had charge. HOwever, I tried another battery from a car and it suddenly worked. Don't know why, but it really was the battery. When I put the old one back in, it still wouldn't start. With a new battery it's fine. Ya just never know why sometimes!! Good luck!

either your alternator has gone or your fan belt is not there which helps the alternator to charge the battery get a volt meter on your alternator to see if it is kicking out what it should be

SOURCE: intermittently the car won't start. sometimes when

I think you answered you own question, when you said "it almost seems that the battery is dying," Drive it (while you can) to a parts store and get a FREE check of your charging system. They can tell you if it's the battery-low charge, which may indicate the alternator is bad- or a battery that is ready to retire, (and it also could be the starter, but I'm betting it's the battery). Let me know what you find.

2003 Honda Accord. Dies when I try to put it in drive

you are having a problem with your alternator. the battery has a main purpose to start the vehicle, keep computer memory, and give power to electrical components when the key is in the on position. the alternator charges the battery and gives power to electrical components when the vehicle is running. now when you hit the brakes there was an extra load added to the alternator and if the car died then the alternator is running very weak and needs to be relace.

Car steering vibrates when brakes are applied at 50 mph.

1. Check the tire to make sure there is not separation, local tire shop can do this. If no problem here, then...

2. Have your mechanic check the run out on the front disk rotors. I believe factory spec is 0.004", check the Honda manual to confirm. Make sure you have him check the replacement rotor run out after installation too. They sometimes get damaged in shippment.

I had this problem with my 1985 prelude. I found both front rotors we out of spec. Replaced the rotors and the problem went away.
