Remove the sim-card and switch on the phone .. and press this code *2767*2878# .. the phone will restore the factory settings.

but try without SIM:
*2767*2878# Custom E2p reset
if this doesn't work, then try:
*2767*3855# Full Reset
but be careful, because the last code will delete everything in your phone

just press *2767*2878# on the phone to reset it, code will be 00000000 but you will loose all data on phone

okay what you can do....is eprom it by pressing *2767*2878#.....this will also blank all data you had save on the phone.
