Question about Nokia N95 Cellular Phone
Ever since I connected my second hand Nokia N95 to the computer and reformatted the memory card the phone will not work. The standby display is fine, and I can select icons on the left hand side, but trying to open a message or my contacts list or the menu doesn't work, and the battery and reception icons get larger and go orange.
How do I fix it?
You may erased settings possibly a database on your phone. Best bet is to take the phone into provider.
Although you can go to either nokia.com or your providers webpage and see if they offer an upgrade for the OS on the phone. I would then download the upgrade or even the original if no upgrade is found and this should fix the issue.
To update your firmware/os you will need to go to the nokia software site and connect your phone to your computer via a data cable or if it's available you can update your N95 directly over-the-air. Here is the link: http://nokia.us/A4410025
Try one of the above to see if it resolves your issue. let me know if it does.
