Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
Hi, I'm contacting you from the UK. I note that in the US you are getting lots of this type of problem coming up and HP are extending the warranty to cover the repair. I have tried to find out if such problems have been recognised in the UK, without success. Are you aware of this same problem being an issue in the UK and if so if there is any kind of similar warranty extension to rectify it. Many thanks, Sue.
There is a extended warranty for known issues by hp but pc still has to be sent to u.s.
broken hinge parts can be got from ebay for buttons and dont take too long to arrive so you could have pc repaired before it even reaches hp warehouse...and for the price of a hinge would be cheaper than package price to u.s.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
