How do i get the track to repeat without a remote...

hi, i have a Panasonic RX -ES20 boombox and have no idea where the remote is anymore. is there a way that i can set a track to repeat manually without the remote?

on your boombox it should have a repeat button when you click it there will be an arrow showing on the screen.
