Question about Optoma MovieTime DV10 Multimedia Projector
Contact optima in california. i had to after circuitcity failed to honor my extended warranty... surprise huh ??? anyway i talked to a factory rep. about the white vertical bar and he stated the unit has to come in..period. i said , so you know about this problem, he said yep, and the unit has to come in.. if your unit is under 2 years old they will warranty the repair, you have to pay the shipping to them, but they sent me a replacement unit next day air.. absolutely awesome customer service.. just google " optima projectors factory support" you will get an e-mail address. they e-mailed back immediately with a 800 number and we went from their..they were great and totally stood behind their product..
