My phone got put in washer by mistake, how do i disasemble to dry
I just put in a load of laundry and realized I did not have my phone. I ran to the washer yet it was too late. I tried drying it out, it just vibrates when the battery is put back it. my son tried putting it on a low setting in on a dryer rack for about 10 minutes, now the top screen is foggy. I believe it I knew how to take it appart I could dry it out and it might still work. What is your experance, is it toast?

If it's windy outside, take apart as many parts as you can WITHOUT using any pressure on them to avoid breaking them, and place them carefully outside. Otherwise, just put it there without taking it apart.
We had this same problem last night, although we had just purchased this washer 'new' (bought it at Sears, display model, and it's 9 months old but had not been used). We didn't even get the correct user's manual with it, but after running one cycle without laundry the message went away.
Try not to power it on untill it is dry. I hear a good way to dry electronics is sticking them in a sealed bag with rice in a warm-ish area. The water evaporates and is absourbed in the rice. If you are still having problems, either disasemble the phone and make sure there isn't any sediment on the board. I'm sure someone can recomend a good electronics cleaning product to purchase.
When that happened to my phone I was able to open it immediately and set it in an area near my oven to help dry it out. It worked for my samsung phone but not my razor. The samsung was in a front loading washer whereas the razor fell in a (clean)toilet bowl. That may be the biggest difference.
problem with your phone arises from contact with water or extreme humidity.there are components called varistors that protects cpu from electrostatic discharge, and they are faulty.try to put a phone in a warm place, hopefully it will get dryed out and work again.other solution is to disasemble your phone and remove those faulty components
