We purchased a Samsung Galaxy 6 cell phone on Jan. 22, 2016...which has a completely dead battery only after using it for 2.5 months. We would like to know where to send it for a replacement.

Possibly the charger isn't working?

Regardless of what might or might not be wrong, you paid for a phone that would give service for a reasonable length of time - a similar length of time other owners of similar phones enjoy. Often this amounts to years rather than months.

Your phone should be under warranty so check your paperwork. If the manufacturer doesn't accept responsibility for a free of charge repair or replacement then you should return it to the place you bought it from with whom you have a contract to be supplied with a phone of merchantable quality. A premium quality phone that stops working after such a short time is obviously not of merchantable quality.

Whether it is manufacturer's warranty, statutary rights or consumer protection legislation, you should not have to pay, but read the paperwork first...

Uniden cordless phone not working

Yr battery is probably Shot. With these type of batteries they can fall over if they go below 25% charge for a length of time. The charger is not charging even though it says it is. If the phone is not to old then get a new battery and try again. cheers

Samsung c140 dead

PHONE IS DEAD WON'T COME ON
If the mobile phone does not switch on, it is called a dead mobile.
It can be due to many reasons
1. Water damage
2. Fall down
3. Not used for a long time ( Mostly battery is down)

(1) Check the Battery. It should show 3.7 volts or as written on the battery.

(2) Check the Battery Connector
Check two things (a) Voltage coming or not (b) shorting
Note : If there is shorting then clean the circuit in ultrasonic cleaner (Remove display, camera, etc before putting it in ultrasonic cleaner )
Clean the circuit with a soft brush and make it dry with a hair dryer or ****er.
If the shorting doesn't go it may be due to shorting in an ic,capacitor or circuit. if shorting is in ic u can check it by attaching a battery then press the on-off switch keep the battery for 10-15 seconds. after that remove the battery and check which ic becomes hot. Reball or replace that ic. If shorting is in circuit it must be removed by ultrasonic cleaner
Note - The circuit is made of three layers. if there is shorting in the middle layer it cannot be removed
(3) Check the On/Off switch & voltage at on-off switch
Note - Connect a charger. If charging is shown on display then the problem is with the on/off switch or software problem

(4) Try flashing the mobile.

(5) If flashing cannot be done then there is hardware fault we first dry solder the Flash IC & RAM IC and check in the Software. if flashing cannot be done then we dry solder/reball/replace flash ic & RAM ic.After that dry solder/reball/replace Power IC, Network IC, Crystal, CPU :D:D

I need to find an 1998 oldsmobile regency wiring diagram for free online the battery does not stay charged i have tried switching batteries and still does the same thing its only staying charged for the...

if the battery cable end have corosion on them the current is not able to charge battery. If you put a multimeter on volts dc 20volts and the car is running and charging properly, the meter should read approx. 14.73 volts. Clean the inside of the cable ends, and the posts on the battery with a wire brush, then coat all of them with some vaseline. Hook them up and tighten. If that doesn't work you will probably need the diagram, to trace a dead short.
